Job Position: CNC Brake Press Operator

Location: Statesville, NC 28677

Pay Rate: $18.00/hr

Shift: 2nd Shift

Description: Join our dynamic team at a local company in Statesville, NC, where we are currently seeking a skilled Brake Press Operator to fill immediate 2nd shift opening.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Set up and operate manual N.C. And C.N.C. Controlled forming and fabrications equipment. Experience is STRONGLY PREFERRED!

  • Must have experience reading blueprints.

  • Use scheduling system paperwork to identify parts scheduled to run, operations, and standard hours.

  • Proficient in using measuring tools such as dial calibers, micrometers, and tape measures.

  • Must have basic computer skills and math skills.

  • Perform routine and preventive maintenance on machines and accessories.

  • Must be able to frequently lift/move up to 60 pounds. Employees will regularly be required to stand/walk/stoop/reach.

  • Ensure safety procedures are followed at all times.

Shift/Hours:

  • 2nd shift, Monday - Friday, 2: 30pm 1: 00am.

  • Some weekends/overtime may be required.

Compensation:

  • Competitive pay starting at $18/hr.

Employment Type:

  • This is a Temp to Perm position, offering a potential long-term opportunity for the right candidate.
