Job Description
We are in search of a MIG/TIG welder who is eager for the opportunity to prove themselves and be a position with room to grow!
The MIG/TIG Welder has the primary responsibility for the welding of metal parts (mainly high-quality stainless steel)
Each job must be run with safety, accuracy, and timeliness in the welding area.
MIG/TIG Welder Pay: $19/hr
MIG/TIG Welder Shift: Monday-Thursday 6am-4: 30pm, Friday schedules depend on production
MIG/TIG Welder Responsibilities:
Perform TIG welding by using a variety of arc and gas welding equipment.
Read and interpret schematics (blueprints) and assignment sheets.
Determine the appropriate welding equipment or method based on requirements.
Possess ability to make sub-assemblies with the assurance that all pieces will fit properly into the final assembly.
Use basic hand tools such as tape measure and specialty equipment.
Follow established safety and quality policies, procedures, and practices.
Learn and operate all equipment within the work area (cell).
Follow Company procedures and processes.
Willing to move to other work areas in order to support production needs. (Cross-train).
Maintain and complete any necessary documentation or paperwork with integrity and accuracy.
