Job Description
Job is located on Park Road but you will be on the road for work in the Day Porter Van.
Monday-Friday from 8am4pm @ $20-22/hr
Upscale Commercial Property Management Company in Charlotte has immediate need for a Property Maintenance Technician
Job Responsibilities include:
Repairs doors, locks, widows etc.
Repairs to walls
Replace broken blinds, screens, hardware, light switches etc.
Maintains grounds including parking lot repairs and stripping.
Replacing light bulbs, checking smoke detectors
Minor plumbing
Minor electrical
Some experience with HVAC
Sheetrock repair
Basic carpentry
Repairs to fencing.
Interior and Exterior painting
Pressure washing
Ceiling tiles repair and replace.
Other assigned duties
Clean driving Record
Current Drivers License
Must have your own vehicle.
Must have your own basic tools.
