Job Description
We are seeking a talented and innovative Design Engineer to join our dynamic engineering team. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with strong 2D and 3D CAD design experience, a deep understanding of engineering principles, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. You'll collaborate across departments, support sales and production, and play a key role in developing innovative, high-quality products from concept to completion.
Responsibilities
Create and manage CAD drawings, 3D models, assemblies, and layouts.
Prepare detailed documentation, including drawings, BOMs, and manuals.
Collaborate with sales on quotes, proposals, and site visits.
Coordinate with manufacturing to ensure accurate production and process ECRs.
Support product development, continuous improvement, and special engineering projects.
Qualifications
Bachelor s Degree in Engineering or related field (required)
3+ years of CAD design and 3D modeling experience
Proficiency with CAD software and related hardware
Strong understanding of manufacturing and fabrication processes
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Experience with proposal development and architectural plan review a plus
Ability to travel locally for site visits as needed
Highly organized, self-motivated, and detail-focused
