We're in search of a dedicated team player to join us as a Groundskeeper/Janitor. Are you someone who takes pride in your work, loves keeping things tidy, and thrives in a dynamic environment? If so, we'd love to hear from you!

Job Description:

  • Trash removal, landscaping, custodial, and maintenance tasks.

  • Contribute to the enhancement of property appeal and value through consistent cleanliness maintenance.

  • Ensure orderly dumpster areas and closed doors.

  • Perform litter collection, empty trash cans, replace liners, and handle bulk trash removal.

  • Maintain cleanliness of benches, railings, window mullions, windows, and perform dusting.

  • Promptly report any issues to property managers.

Requirements:

  • Ability to repetitively lift 50lbs or more as required.

  • Possession of a valid Driver's License is essential.

  • Access to a mobile device for effective communication is mandatory.

  • Flexibility to start some days as early as 6am;personal transportation is a requirement.

  • Comfort with prolonged periods of standing.
