We are looking for a hard working and self- motivated Groundskeeper that will complete many different assigned duties with a positive attitude.
Job Description:
Trash Removal, Landscaping, custodial, and maintenance.
Help maximize the appeal and value of the property by maintaining the cleanliness of the property.
Keep Dumpster areas picked up and doors closed.
Pick up litter on property/empty trash cans and replace liners/bulk trash removal.
Wipe down benches, railings, window mullions, windows dusting.
Reporting problems to property managers
MUST be able to lift 50lbs or more repetitively/as needed
MUST have a valid Driver's License.
MUST have a mobile device for communication.
MUST be ok with some days starting as early as 6am, so your own form of transportation is key!
MUST be ok with being on your feet.
