Charlotte, NC 28213



Hours:

Monday - Friday, 7: 00 AM - 4: 00 PM On Site



Compensation:

$17 - $19 per hour (depending on experience)

We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Install Coordinator to join our team and facilitate the seamless scheduling and coordination of installations. Under visionary leadership, we offer a dynamic work environment with opportunities for growth and advancement.



Responsibilities:



1. Schedule appointments and coordinate installation dates for all Charlotte Tent and Awning products with residential customers and General Contractors.

2. Communicate effectively with installers, management, and GCs via phone and email, ensuring clear and timely communication throughout the installation process.

3. Prepare products, parts, and work orders for the next day's installations, ensuring all necessary materials are ready and available for installers. Note: Our products are heavy and will require lifting with a forklift.

4. Take and record service calls, troubleshoot issues, and identify appropriate courses of action to support the installation team.

5. Manage necessary documentation, including work orders, and customer communications.

6. Make reminder calls to customers and GCs to confirm installation appointments and ensure timely arrivals.

7. Coordinate with superintendents and construction teams as needed to facilitate smooth installation processes.

8. Adapt and think critically to solve problems and address any challenges that may arise during installations.



Core Skills:



- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Word and Excel.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers, GCs, and internal teams.

- Self-starter with strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.

- Ability to work independently, adapt to changing situations, and follow assigned tasks with minimal supervision.

- Punctual, reliable, and professional in appearance and approach with customers.

- Willingness to receive feedback, improve skills, and pay attention to details.





Qualifications:

- Education/Certification: High school diploma.

- Requirements: Ability to pass a drug test, punctuality, and dependability.

- Experience Required: Minimum of 1 year of coordinating and scheduling experience, along with 1 year of construction experience.
