Position Overview:
As the master of materials, products, and supplies ordering from our trusted vendors, you'll be responsible for order placement and delivery. Get ready to interact with different departments, stay up to date with inventory, speed up orders, and proactively plan for production needs.
Job Description:
- Records with PO systems and Excel spreadsheets.
- Purchase orders and return goods authorizations (RGAs).
- Complete auditing receiving processes, ensuring the perfect harmony of packing lists, invoices, and quality/inventory control (QC) forms.
- Be the pricing maestro for bulk gas and cylinder receipts, giving the thumbs up to invoices.
- Coordinate part pulls with finesse, ensuring precision and completion.
- Craft new orders and keep all paperwork organized.
- Manage vendor inquiries with a smile and be the MVP during quarterly inventory.
