Job Position: Machine Operator

Location: Statesville, NC 28625

Pay Rate: $17.00/hr

Join our dynamic team at a local company in Statesville, NC, where we are currently seeking skilled Machine Operator to fill immediate 1st shift opening.

Responsibilities:

  • Experience operating automated machinery in a high-volume production setting (>1000 pcs/shift).

  • Troubleshoot and resolve machine issues as they occur. Knowledge of hand tools to perform basic adjustments.

  • Forklift experience is a HUGE plus!

  • Work actively within and around the machine throughout the shift.

  • Utilize knowledge of sensors, hydraulics, and pneumatics in machine operations.

  • Ability to move/lift material up to 35lbs alone and 50lbs with assistance.

  • Basic computer knowledge/skills are necessary for machine control and monitoring.

  • Adhere to lock-out tag-out procedures for the equipment safety.

  • Comfortable working in a non-climate controlled warehouse environment.

Shift/Hours:

  • Monday - Friday, 7: 00 am to 3: 30 pm.

  • Occasional overtime may be required.

Compensation:

  • Competitive pay starts at $17 per hour.

Employment Type:

  • This is a Temp to Perm position, offering a potential long-term opportunity for the right candidate.
