Pay Rate: $17.00/hr

Shift: 1st shift

Description:

Join Our Team as an Extruder Operator in Statesville, NC!

We are seeking experienced Extruder Operators to join a growing company located in Statesville, NC. This is a great opportunity to work with a supportive team in a stable, long-term role.

Qualifications:

  • Must have extruder machine operating experience.

  • Must be able to lift up to 70 lbs.

  • Forklift experience is a plus.

  • Must have basic math skills.

  • Must be mechanically inclined and able to troubleshoot equipment.

  • Must have reliable transportation and excellent attendance.

  • Must be able to pass pre-employment screening, including a clean background check.

  • Steel-toed shoes are required.

Responsibilities:

  • Set up, operate, and monitor extrusion machinery.

  • Maintain quality control standards throughout production.

  • Troubleshoot equipment and make necessary adjustments.

  • Lift materials and products (up to 70 lbs.) as needed.

  • Follow company safety guidelines and maintain a clean, organized work area.

  • Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production goals.

Shift/Hours:

  • Schedule: Monday Thursday, 5: 00 AM 3: 00 PM

  • Enjoy a 3-day weekend every week!

Compensation:

  • Pay starting at $17.00 per hour.

  • Temp-to-Hire opportunity with potential for long-term growth.
