Job Description:
Accurate Staffing Healthcare, a reputable and family-owned staffing agency in the Charlotte, NC area, is currently seeking Travel Registered Nurses (RNs) for various specialties. We have exciting opportunities available in Med/Surg/Tele, PCU, ICU, Pediatrics, Oncology, Emergency Department, Ortho, L&D, Home Health, PACU, and more.
Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality patient care in accordance with established protocols and standards of practice.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Assess patient conditions, administer medications, and implement appropriate nursing interventions.
Document patient care activities accurately and timely.
Qualifications:
Valid RN license in the state of North Carolina (or compact state license).
Minimum of 1-2 years of recent nursing experience in the desired specialty.
BLS, ACLS, and other specialty certifications as required.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to adapt to various healthcare settings and work collaboratively with diverse teams.
Benefits:
Competitive pay packages ranging from $2, 160.00 - $2, 852.00 weekly, depending on assignment and specialty.
Guaranteed hours with options for either 36 hours weekly or 48 hours weekly.
13-week assignments with opportunities for extension.
Day shift and night shift options are available to accommodate your schedule.
Comprehensive benefits package including health insurance.
