Job Position: Service Technician

Location: HICKORY, NC 28601

Pay Rate: $19.00/hr

Shift: 1st 7am- 3pm Monday- Friday



Description:

Accurate Staffing is in need of a Plumber Technician to start IMMEDIATELY for a local family owned company in Hickory with a guaranteed 40 hours a week.

Pay depends on experience- WEEKLY PAY!

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a plumber or in a similar role (4-5 years)

  • Mechanical knowledge and understanding of plumbing systems ( 4-5 years)

  • Valid drivers licensee and clean driving record

  • Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks (50-80lbs)

Responsibilities:

  • Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems and fixtures

  • Perform field service calls to diagnose and resolve plumbing issues

  • Read blueprints and specifications to determine the layout of plumbing systems

  • Cut, assemble, and install pipes and fittings

  • Weld or solder joints to ensure a secure connection

  • Test plumbing systems for leaks and other issues

  • Use hand tools and power tools to complete plumbing tasks

  • Will work on both residential and commercial jobs

  • Must be capable of heavy lifting

  • Must be able to work well with others and customers
