About the Role:
As a Welder at Accurate Staffing, you'll be a key player in our manufacturing process, using your skills in MIG and TIG welding to craft high-quality stainless steel components for industrial kitchen gear. If you're someone who loves a challenge and is all about delivering top-notch work, then you're in the right place!
Key Responsibilities:
In this gig, you'll be:
- Rocking the MIG/TIG welding like a boss to meet our quality standards.
- Navigating those blueprints and welding symbols like a pro to get the job done right.
- Keeping things safe and sound while you're working with our awesome team.
What We're Looking For:
To crush it in this role, you'll need:
- Some experience in welding, especially in a manufacturing or fabrication setting.
- Skills in MIG and TIG welding, especially with stainless steel.
- A knack for reading blueprints and welding symbols accurately.
- A keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering top-notch work.
- Great communication skills and a positive attitude.
Dress Code:
- Safety first, so make sure you've got your steel-toed boots and proper work gear.
- Keep it casual, but no hoodies with strings, please.
- Long pants are a must for safety and comfort.
- And don't forget your welding mask and gloves for a comfy day on the job!
Compensation and Benefits:
- Score a sweet starting salary of $22.50 per hour.
- Plus, there's plenty of room for overtime and career growth.
